So i turned 50 the other day and not much has changed....my eating disorder is still happening i have a Dr. appointment in Feb to help figure out was this is once and for all.
Today was the first day of giving up shampoo!!!!! I was scared but my hair looks fuller and cleaner more now then it ever did....this morning i used baking soda for shampoo, tooth paste and for deodorant.....and after that i cleaned the kitchen sink with it, man that stuff is wonderful...and most importantly it made me feel good! I guess I'm tried of spending so money on these items and have read on many blogs about going "poo less" so i got a box for 49 cents and have been smiling ever since!
On the creating side, Ive made 3 scarfs and 5 hats for the up coming craft fair this Saturday...I'm also hoping to join the group at the art center to start selling my items there. that's all for now..
