Ok so to make cooking easier for the week...
On Sunday cooked up a whole chicken, use the stock to make soup or freeze for later, the chicken for salads, sandwiches or anything else you can think of like chicken tacos.
Cook up 8 eggs for egg salad, deviled eggs, potatoe salads and just for eating them whole (only 75 cals per egg).
Cook up 8 to 10 potatoes in water to done, use these for quick mashed potatoes, quarter fries, chips, in salads, or pop in the mic for a really quick baked potato.
